Exchange & Return Policy

To ensure a comfortable and reliable shopping experience at Cloudy, we care deeply about your satisfaction. Our policy aims to clarify the following points:

  • 🕓 You can cancel your order on the same day of purchase only.
  • 📦 For exchanges or returns, a request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt. Shipping fees are deducted from the customer in all cases.
  • ✅ We cover exchange or return costs, but the product must be:
  • In its original condition and unused.
  • In its original packaging with all included accessories and tags.
  • Free of any damage or stains.

📋 Exchange or Return Steps:

  1. Contact us via email at info@cloudyeg.com or by phone at 01100333449 within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Send us your order number, purchase date, and the reason for return.
  3. Send a photo of the product to confirm it’s in its original condition.
  4. After approval, send a photo of the packaged item before handing it to the shipping company.
  5. Ship the product back to us in its original packaging with a copy of the purchase receipt.

💰 Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected by our quality team within 5 business days to ensure it meets our policy terms. The eligible refund will then be processed after deducting shipping fees.

💳 Note: For credit card payments, a 4% processing fee applies to canceled orders.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • If the returned product does not meet the conditions above, the request will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or had their original packaging opened cannot be returned or exchanged.
