Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Egypt is our country of residence. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and the merchant’s policies and rules. General Terms
If we send you the wrong product, or the product is defective, we will accept returns free of charge on the same day, provided:
- Products must be returned in the original packaging.
- The product shows no sign of use,
- Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- If you change your mind after ordering, you can cancel your order up to the same day or in any case, the return request must be executed within 14 days after delivery and you will only pay the shipping fee for the exchange request.
- Refunds will only be made through the original payment method.
- A 3% processing fee applies to cancelled orders made via credit card.
- If your product matches the above conditions, please contact our customer service and they will guide you through the process of shipping the product back to us.
Please note that if the returned product does not meet the above conditions, it will be rejected and shipped back to you.
After approval from our after-sales department, you will be able to proceed to:
- Replace your order with another Cloud product, or get a cash refund or bank transfer
