📋 خطوات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع:

  2. أرسل رقم الطلب وتاريخ الشراء مع توضيح سبب الإرجاع.
  3. Send a photo of the product to ensure it is in its original condition.
  4. After approval, send a photo of the product after it has been packaged before it is delivered to the shipping company.
  5. Return the product to us in its original packaging with a copy of your receipt.

💰 عملية استرجاع المبلغ:

بعد استلام المنتج، يتم فحصه خلال 5 أيام عمل من قِبل قسم الجودة للتأكد من مطابقته لشروط السياسة. وبعدها يتم تحويل المبلغ المستحق إلى العميل بعد خصم تكاليف الشحن.

💳 ملاحظة: إذا تم الدفع باستخدام بطاقة ائتمان، تُطبَّق رسوم معالجة بنسبة 4٪ على الطلبات الملغاة.
