Send a photo of the product to ensure it is in its original condition.
After approval, send a photo of the product after it has been packaged before it is delivered to the shipping company.
Return the product to us in its original packaging with a copy of your receipt.

💰 عملية استرجاع المبلغ:

بعد استلام المنتج، يتم فحصه خلال 5 أيام عمل من قِبل قسم الجودة للتأكد من مطابقته لشروط السياسة. وبعدها يتم تحويل المبلغ المستحق إلى العميل بعد خصم تكاليف الشحن.
